Thanks to Deb (Crafty Card-I Higgins) for sending me a link to her
tutorial on how to make these "puffy" flowers. I was so happy
with how well using an embossing tool works that I got carried
away and now have MANY flowers. I used cotton balls and
and red, yellow and orange ink pads to give the petals some color.

Wow, fabulous card, love your colouring effect too! Your flowers are stunning and I love that added so many to your card! I always thing 'puffing'up punched out images gives them a much nicer look, I do it with my leaves too! So glad my tutorial was useful to you.
ReplyDeleteHave a great evening!
What a wonderful card! You have rocked these flowers and it's so handy to have some spares. Thanks for joining in with another card this week for CCT. LOL Lynn ♥

I love this technique. I went and looked for it on Deb's blog so now I'm going to cut out a bunch with my Cricut and see what I can do with them. You are a very talented card maker.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along with my challenge! Very pretty card!
